Privacy Policy
Bwlch is currently a waitlist-first public website. This policy explains what is collected now, what is not live yet, and how future beta features may change the data involved.
What we collect today
When you join the beta list, Bwlch collects waitlist information so we can manage early access and understand who the product should serve.
- Email address
- Next race distance
- Current planning method
- Optional next race name/date
- Product updates opt-in
- Source, currently landing-page
- Submission and update timestamps
Hosting and security operations may also involve ordinary technical data such as server logs, request metadata, browser/device information, and error logs.
How we use current waitlist data
- Send beta invite emails
- Manage the waitlist
- Send occasional product updates when you have opted in
- Understand early demand and product direction
- Maintain security, reliability, and abuse prevention
Service providers
Bwlch uses service providers to operate the public website and store waitlist records. Current examples include Vercel for hosting and delivery, and Supabase for waitlist storage.
Future providers may support email delivery, analytics, monitoring, or product operations.
What is not live yet
The public website does not currently provide:
- User accounts
- GPX upload
- Garmin or Strava connection
- Generated race plans
- Crew dashboard links
- Live runner tracking
Future beta features
As beta features become available, Bwlch may process additional product data. This may include:

- Connected activity data from Garmin, Strava, or similar services
- Generated race plans
- Aid station and crew instructions
- Crew sharing links
- Offline/device storage
- Location-adjacent race logistics such as aid station locations and access notes
This policy will be updated as those beta features become available.
